Nederpoker
Nederpoker is an initiative launched by some of the best poker players of the Netherlands. The aim is to provide a central community portal with entertaining weblogs, a highly active forum, instruction videos and much more material. While other suppliers just made offers with huge prices, we joined the customer in thinking about the project and how it should be launched gradually to ensure success, aiming for maximum effect of functionality without lacking in other departments.

Hosting the site also was not going to be an easy standard job. Bandwidth and serverside video transcoding requirements took the project well into custom territory. Omines is now running the website on its heavy-duty business hosting servers, with ample spare processor time available for the transcoding and streaming to run without ever affect site performance.

Rijschool Haselhorst
After having done design and maintenance of their website themselves for years driving school Haselhorst from Wijchen, The Netherlands decided it was something that could be done easier. The website needed to look more professional, get some search engine optimalization (SEO), and become maintainable with much less effort.

Tweakers.net Challenge
To coincide with the release of the latest edition of Microsoft's database system SQL Server 2008, a special interactive promotional site was planned for the Netherlands' largest technology community site Tweakers.net. To facilitate future partnerships, publisher VNU Media requested Omines to develop a custom highly skinnable and reusable Challenge subsite.

Integrating seamlessly with the Tweakers.net central userbase the site effortlessly allows thousands of users to answer prepared questions at set times, and shows their resulting scores in the central master user gallery.

Metzemaekers
Art broken Metzemaekers had the same website for years when it was decided Omines was the perfect partner to update its online platform with modern features and search options. With tens of thousands art works in its expansive database the challenge was mainly making it all manageable, browseable and searchable.
The final result is a site that has achieved its core targets: a modern design that does not deviate attention from the most important content, the works of art, and making is easily and uniformly searchable without requiring users to fill in lots of criteria. There is also a payment module now to allow users to buy a subscription automatically to check historic prices for both internal sales and auction houses worldwide.

Cenio
When computer and laptop manufacturer Cenio entered the market they knew they had a unique concept, which required a special and far from common website. As a supplier of hardware completely tailor-made and customized to fit their customer's needs they needed a site doing the exact same: colorful, dynamic, and fully customizable.

The Cenio website has been live and under maintenance for some time now, a technical showcase combining the latest web standards with a thorough back end integration, retrieving all product structures and related sales data from Cenio's central ERP systems.
